ACE formatted Data
This area contains datasets already formatted for use in ACE. The sections are divided by nuclide, with 3He, 10Be, 14C, 21Ne, 26Al and 36Cl. There is also a ‘Multiple Nuclide’ section for datasets with samples from which two or more cosmogenic nuclides have been extracted. ACE imports samples nuclide by nuclide, so multiple nuclide experiments have at least two different datasets. When ages have been computed, the Multiple Nuclide Analysis utility included with ACE can be used.
The datasets are csv (comma separated value) files which can be opened using Excel or OpenOffice. For brevity the csv file headers containing variable names are very short. To see definitions for the headers in the csv files, see to the table containing csv file definitions.
